30-day returns
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags attached.
Wrong size?
Because every piece is made to order, we offer a one-time free size exchange instead of a refund for fit issues. Check the Size Guide before you order.
Faulty or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or is not what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund — no need to send it back.
How to return
- Email support@gamedayheritageco.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We reply with the return address and instructions.
- Once the item arrives and passes inspection, we refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
