Tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Sets and multi-item orders may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost.
Customs & duties
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. Where they apply, these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address problems
Please double-check your address at checkout. Parcels cannot be redirected once they have shipped. If an order comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it once the new shipping cost has been paid.
